* This request is overbroad and is therefore denied pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 149.43(B)(2). Please revise and resubmit your request. To assist you with revising your request, the City would need information on what equipment or categories of equipment you are seeking memos for. Any memos concerning equipment purchased under the RNC grant would be maintained and accessed this way.

* The records responsive to this request are security records that are exempt from public release under R.C. 149.433.
