The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

This is in response to a request from the PUD to specify a time frame. The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

This is a follow up to request number C000678-030122:
This is in response to a request from the PUD to specify a time frame. The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

This is a follow up to request number C000678-030122:
This is in response to a request from the PUD to specify a time frame. The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

This is a follow up to request number C000678-030122:
This is in response to a request from the PUD to specify a time frame. The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.

This is a follow up to request number C000678-030122:
This is in response to a request from the PUD to specify a time frame. The City awarded a smart metering project consisting of 425,000 water modules, network infrastructure and accompanying software, which was to be deployed over a three year period commencing in 2000. Accordingly, the time period for the request is at any time since October 2, 2910 to the present. There has been testimony in a lawsuit in San Diego by a witness that the City of Cleveland allocated a portion of the capital cost of the smart water meter project to the sewer utility. Any documents in connection with that allocation since January 1, 2000 to the present are being requested.
