To Sarika Ram:

Good morning. I tried to reach you via telephone last week and this morning. As I mentioned in the voicemail I left for you, I serve as Associate General Counsel for CMHA and have been charged with responding to your public records request. I have compiled some of the information that is responsive to your inquiry but have some questions about how to best facilitate this matter. I was thinking that a telephone conversation would be the best option for this purpose given we do not necessarily have some of the information in the form of records we can easily identify.

Please feel free to contact me at my direct line, (216) 271-2759. I can also be reached via email at cottlec@cmha.net<mailto:cottlec@cmha.net>. Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

CJ Cottle

To Whom it May Concern:

Good morning. Attached please find the policy manuals CMHA has adopted for both low income public housing as well as the Housing Choice Voucher Program. I know we have been attempting to set up a conference call but I thought I could at least get these documents to you given the nature of your request.

CMHA does not typically have documents or generate reports that would all us to supply you with additional records; however, I would like to speak to you about the specifics of your request so I can further assist you. I can be reached at (216) 2711-2759.

Sincerely,

CJ Cottle
