Good Morning Arie,

Our office does not use procurement software like those that you are referring to. Our office is not the style of office that is requesting quotes and bids. We record documents and store them within our ERP software, but this is not quoting or procurement.

I believe you may have better luck reaching out to the Board of County Commissioners. They are the overarching governing body over quite a few county departments. I do not know if any office in the county uses software like you are describing but they would know more. You can reach them at 513-732-7300 or view their webpage at https://bcc.clermontcountyohio.gov/.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I will try my best to assist!
