Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All police records including dispatch system call logs and/or incident reports generated since October of 2007, pertaining to any events or complaints received from or in reference to Delphi Academy Florida located at 1831 Drew Street, Clearwater, FL 33765. Please include information from the ACISS and LERS systems, as well as any other applicable record keeping system, when compiling responsive documents for the request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I understand there is a set fee schedule for obtaining copies of these records, and I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your good faith response to this request, as the statute requires.
