Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All police records, call logs and/or incident reports generated since March 1, 1999 pertaining to any incidents or complaints received from or in reference to Clearwater Academy International, Inc. located at 801 Drew St, Clearwater, FL 33755.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I understand there is a set fee schedule for obtaining copies these records, and I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your good faith response to this request, as the statute requires.

Re: Public Records Request No. W007189-061015 received in your office on 6/10/2015 inquiring about police records for 801 Drew Street.
Thank you kindly for supplying me with the list of calls for this address since 10/2007 in spreadsheet format on 6/18/2015. This information was extremely helpful.
However, I had also requested all incident reports for this address. The call log you provided seems to indicate there are additional LERS Case Report records available for many of the listed calls. Which I assume would be similar to output I received on Request No. W006095-042715. If so, I would like to also receive a copy of all the available case reports for 801 Drew Street.
I am willing to pay the standard copy cost of $.15 per page for these additional LERS Case Report records. So please advise what the total cost would be at your earliest convenience.
