All communications in your possession, of any type whatsoever, to and from the Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have received your Nevada Public Records Act on March 20th as well as April 9th 2018. I have forwarded your requests to the Clark County Assessor's office as Clark County Building and Fire Prevention department has none of the information that you are requesting information for the Trump Organization with regards to any tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies or reductions on their real or personal property. As per your request, we have put together some information for you regarding the parcels currently owned by Trump Ruffin Tower I LLC which are all part of the Trump Towers Hotel Condominium. We have included a spreadsheet that references the case numbers for each year that there was an appeal that may have concluded to a reduction in value along with the final valuations for those years. All the records associated with the County Board of Equalization cases can be requested from the Clark County Clerk's Office at clerkrec@clarkcountynv.gov<mailto:clerkrec@clarkcountynv.gov> . All records associated with the State Board of Equalization cases can be requested from the Nevada Department of Taxation at sklapstein@tax.state.nv.us<mailto:sklapstein@tax.state.nv.us> . In the more recent years, we could identify the parcels (condo units) still owned by Trump versus those that have been sold. Unfortunately, we do not have this information readily available to query back in time. You will see this information for 2015-2016 forward. The Balance of Condos are those that were sold. We have included them here so you can see the values for all the units from the early years to present. Also, please note there are two separate components to the project. The Hotel Unit Component that makes up the portions of the property that include the lobby, elevators, hallways, front desk, etc. and the Condo Units that are the actual hotel rooms that can be individually sold like other condominiums. There is also Business Personal Property that is associated with the Project. The values for the business personal property for each year has also been included for your reference. There are no exemptions associated with the Trump owned parcels, however, there is a developer subdivision discount that has been applied to the land valuation component as per NRS 361.227 & NAC 361.129 & NAC 361.1295.

We do not track the subsidiaries of various companies and their ownership. If you would like to provide us with other possible ownership names that may fall under the "Trump Organization", we can certainly provide you with similar information.
