The Citrus County Building Division has no contracts, memorandums of understanding, or agreements for services and activities related to the Citrus County Detention Facility. However, the Building Division has issued permits for work that is being done or has been done there in the past. If you could give me a time frame that you are interested in, I would be happy to compile a report on those permits.

Thanks Jenette for forwarding this email to me.

This request was processed, a list of permits provided for review to determine what permit records he needed and as no reply was received, the ticket was closed. I have provided email communication to both emails of record from the public record request portal and from Outlook, as well as leaving a voice message to the phone number provided and I repeatedly asked that he contact me, however, to date I have not received a call or email directly to me. Instead he sends out emails like this to Tobey, Carl and now you. I’m beginning to think this is a prank. I am logging all these emails under the ticket in the portal.
