Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

On 2022-12-30 between around 7 PM ShotSpotter technology detected possible gunfire in the area around 3201 Warsaw Ave. At the scene, responding officers detained two suspects and requested a K9 to help with a search. I am looking for this 911 Audio and dispatch or detailed incident log/narrative, investigative report, arrest record, or any similar document. If possible I'd also appreciate the audio file of the gun shot from ShotSpotter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
