Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide County fuel purchasing procedures.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Regarding your request for information related to our current bulk fuel
contract, no documents exist.

The County of Ross is a separate governmental entity that would maintain
their own records.

Attached is the City of Chillicothe's fuel usage for 2016.
