The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Dear Mr. Gregg, On behalf of the Department of Public Health, I am responding to your Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request which was dated August 15, 2022 and received in our office on the same day.
