To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

All data, statistics or reports generated from 2012 to the time of this request that regard arrests or raids made under Illinois Street
Gang and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Law, also also known as RICO.

Any and all police procedures, directives, memorandums, and any other guiding materials regarding RICO raids, subsequent arrests and charges. This includes arrest logs, incident reports, use of force reports, compilations of munitions or equipment to be used and any other reports that regard a RICO raid.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
