In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

However, for future reference, this schedule can be found on the City of Chicago website by visiting records retention schedule for the OEMC https://www.cityofchicago.org/city/en/depts/oem/provdrs/tech.html. (https://www.cityofchicago.org/city/en/depts/oem/provdrs/tech.html) Please be advised the OEMC is not the keeper of records for .  Be aware that each City department is a “public body” under Section 2 of FOIA, 5 ILCS 140/2(a). See Duncan Publishing, Inc. v. City of Chicago, 304 Ill.
