A copy of all records retention schedules. An excel spreadsheet is highly preferred.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Why are there little to no retention schedules for any information systems? Surely your department has retention schedules for server logs, for example.

I'm confused - that was not a new be request - it's a follow-up question to your response.

To rephrase my response..

The retention schedules provided do not seem to be a complete list if retention schedules in that it does not provide the retention policies for many of the digital systems maintained bt DoIT in accordance with the IL local records act.

Please provide me with a complete list. as it stands, DoIT is very unlikely to have provided a full set of retention schedules.
