Hi, has there been any progress on this request?

From: Chicago Department of Innovation and Technology

Good evening Mr. Chapman,
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. Please see the attached response to your request.

From: Matt Chapman

Good evening, and thank you for your response.

As IL FOIA statute states, any request that wasn't responded to within the statutory time frame of 5 days does not allow the use of the unduly burdensome exemption, as your response attempts to do. It's been six months since I submitted this request, which makes your response late by a factor of 27.

I still look forward to receiving the requested records ASAP.

Happy Holidays
Matt Chapman

From: Chicago Department of Innovation and Technology

Good evening Mr. Chapman,
The Department of Innovation & Technology has researched all of our in boxes for the period of June 26, 2019 to July 2, 2019, including spam, quarantined and deleted email boxes and do not find a record of receiving this request dated June 28, 2019. Therefore, as stated in the first response, we considered the original request to be December 9, 2019 in which we responded on December 16, 2019 (please see attached response), after the extension request the Department of Innovation & Technology followed up with the 2nd attached document dated December 23, 2019.
