Hi Mr. Gunn,
In your response, there were two documents called "Gregg HC Data Request" that were identical and which both said to "see the attached document that we have provided in response to your request." Is it possible that the data was accidentally not attached?
I'm very sorry Mr. Gregg. My mistake.
You seemed to have send the same pdf again, but not the data?
To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Illinois Freedom of Information Act. request, copied below, and originally submitted on Feb. 12, 2018. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
Mr. Greg, I sincerely apologize. Here's the information you requested.
Thank you. I am looking for case level data, not summary statistics. I understand that some of these data elements may be sensitive and be exempt from FOIA.
Please provide a case level data in a spreadsheet format such as Excel, CSV, Access, SQL or XML — pertaining to hate crime reports that have been handled by from the earliest date available through the date my data export is generated. Please include all fields not exempt from FOIA.
