Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
Full arrest reports -- which include all details of the offenses and all filing information used to denote/categorize the offense/arrest -- for the following:
1) All arrest reports between July 8, 2016 and August 8, 2016 where the "Beat" number in the "OFFENDER" row of the arrest report is either "234" or "235"
2) All arrest reports between August 1st, 2016 and August 8th, 2016 where the victim (in either the "CHARGES" row or the "NON-OFFENDER(S)" row) is the "CITY OF CHICAGO/LT CLUCAS #613"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
