Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Any documents from the Crime Prevention Information Center relating to the group NoCopAcademy (https://nocopacademy.com/). Chicago Police Department Special Order S03-04-04 (http://directives.chicagopolice.org/directives/data/a7a57bf0-13ed7140-08513-ed71-4cecd9c378c05dec.html) describes some of the roles of fusion centers - including the CPIC - as "..disseminate federally generated alerts, warnings, and notifications regarding time-sensitive threats, situational awareness reports, and analytical products and they fulfill criminal-predicate-based requests for information from Chicago Police Department members and federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies."

I consider "documents" from the CPIC to include - but not be limited to - threat assessments, research reports, joint advisories, district intelligence bulletins (DIBS), and information bulletins (based on the previously mentioned Special Order),

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
