Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all First Amendment Worksheets (http://directives.chicagopolice.org/forms/CPD-11.440.pdf) from the last month to today October 9th.
Any and all discussion internal discussion of CPD opening a First Amendment Worksheet related to potential protest related to the Jason Van Dyke trial.
Documents sufficient to show if a First Amendment authorization was given to Chicago Police Officers to investigate protests around the Jason Van Dyke Trial.
Documents sufficient to show a First Amendment investigation around protests for the Jason Van Dyke trial and if such investigations have concluded.
Please be aware that this request is being made by a member of the media for the purposes of journalism.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
