Thank you. Do you mean all of the copies of 15.141 that were completed by individuals submitting proposals for the specified date range? Or different versions of the blank form?

It is not clear to me that your request for "All retained 'Grant Proposal Concept Instructions' forms (see http://directives.chicagopolice.org/forms/CPD-15.141.pdf for reference) from January 1st 2017 to April 24th 2018" accurately described the records you sought, which as I understand it, were all completed Grant Proposal Concept forms submitted to CPD from January 1st 2017 to April 24th 2018. It might be most efficient for you to submit a new FOIA request to CPD more clearly stating the records you seek. Of course, if CPD does not provide you with those records, you may submit another Request for Review to our office.
