- Any informal agreements that reference "Elucd" or otherwise guide it use or the relationship between this agency and the provider or developer of the software.
For reference and help in retrieving responsive documents, this program was publicly discussed in the following article:
"The surveys were conducted by Elucd, a national data research company, beginning in 2017. The surveys were advertised through various internet sites, including on social media, according to Sujeet Rao, chief operating officer for the company. Participants were anonymous and chosen in a balanced sample of residents based on race, income levels and other neighborhood demographics, he said. Rao also noted the program has security measures in place to prevent participants from submitting multiple surveys."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
