Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
Any emails sent out from the Office of the Mayor (Rahm Emanuel) that contain keywords "chiraq" or "spike" in the subject line or body of the address
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for the quick response, and for describing the necessary steps that must be taken to narrow the request.
I request that you search all emails for this calendar year, 2015. As for individuals, most city employees do not have listed emails on the mayor's website, but here are the names of the staffers whose emails I request be queried: Rahm Emanuel, Rosa Escareno, Brooke Collins, Alondra Acuna, and Seth Berliner.
