Dash cam footage and audio footage from the Michele Robey shooting mentioned in this report http://wgntv.com/2017/02/11/m-e-works-to-identify-woman-fatally-shot-by-chicago-police/

In the event that there are fees, we would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be aware that the following request is being requested as part of a media/journalistic inquiry.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5
business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Good afternoon,

We received your FOIA request 2/12/2017 at 5:50pm which means it was not processed until 2/14/2017 per the FOIA statute we have 5 business days to respond. Last Monday (Lincoln's birthday ) and this coming Monday (President's Day/Washington's Birthday) are holidays. Following up on requests that are not overdue slows down the processing of the FOIA request itself.
