Dear Records Officer,

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I am hereby requesting copies of the Arrest Reports and Incident Reports for the cases involving the firearms listed below. Each of these guns was reported stolen to the St. Louis Police Department and subsequently recovered by the Chicago Police Department, presumably in relation to a criminal offense:
