A list of all CPD employees on file (sworn and non-sworn), as well as historical lists for all years that such records are available. That is, for each year, please provide a roster of of all CPD personnel employed that year.

Note, a similar request was previously fulfilled in 2017 in response to a request from a Mr. Keifer, FOIA FILE NO.: P0-58155, which sought the CPD employee list for a single year. The current request seeks the same information over multiple years.

Specifically, for each year, please provide a spreadsheet including data under the following fields:

Specifically, vehicle impound notices should include the following data:1. Name of registered owner of impounded vehicle. 3. The make, model, VIN number, license plate number and registration state of the impounded vehicle 4. The date the impound notice was sent to the registered vehicle owner 5. The date, time and location of the violation that resulted in the impound 6. A description of the violation that led to the impoundIn addition, I request, for each impound notice: 7. If different than the name contained in item 1. above, the name of person who was found in control of the impounded vehicle, and any lienholder 8. The name and rank of the CPD officer or other city official who issued the violation resulting in the vehicle impound 9. The final disposition of the impound incident, (e.g. fine paid, contested and upheld/dismissed) 10. The impound report, detailing the circumstances surrounding the impoundTo the extent possible, I would prefer these pieces of information be transmitted in spreadsheet format, where each row is an impound incident.
