Your previous email includes an attachment named "311 MuckRock.com Response Letter" whose contents include the claim that "COPA is producing the attached CMS case summary report". However that same email does not include an attachment of a "CMS case summary report".
Could you produce the CMS case summary report as identified by the aforementioned response letter?
