Hello Audrey,

Thank you for these records. I would like to point out that page 5, B. 2. point out "Within 10 days the State LEA shall provide the TFF agency the following information for each officer assigned to the joint operation". It continues to describe their name, title, and badge number. It also further describes that Michele James, the Assistant Director of Finance, is the main point of contact between HSI and CPD.

The records provided so far describe a location where additional records could be reasonably located that are responsive to our request for where "I further request the names, rosters, number of TFOs and their positions within CPD."

I think we are due additional records for this response before we can fully close this out. Do you mind checking on this internally?

All the best,
Freddy Martinez
