A list of all ALPR Operators in 2019. Please include badge number, first name, last name, email address. If no list exists, please provide me with copies of documents which would include this information. If no email address is available, please let me know in advance so that I may filter this request. Please do not exclude persons who stopped acting as ALPR operators in 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The fact of the matter is that your agency has already very explicitly stated that it has created the records responsive to this request. As such, the records currently exist, and in such a way that is releasable post-redaction, as was previously discussed, and does not require the creation of new records.
I remain hopeful that your agency will provide the records responsive to this request.

What I do have as a record is the list of all officers that have had the ALPR training, which I would be happy to provide in response to your request. The wording for your request, after much scrutiny, was that you wanted to know which officers had actually operated the ALPR. Please let me know if you want the record that I do have and it will be provided to you.
