Hi Samantha
I disagree that my request is burdensome, and that I did not describe the records sought. I requested the attachment sheets and summary digest reports (specific COPA documents that exist for every, or nearly every, case) and then listed the types of other final disposition documents that may or may not exist for each case, reasonably describing potential files that only COPA knows whether it has or not. However, as the attachment sheets have already been provided, I will enumerate the attachments I believe to be responsive to my original request:
