1505ML Checks for November 1st, 2016 - December 31st, 2016

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Record of all 1505 or 1505ML expenses of $5000 or more from November 1st, 2016 through December 31st, 2016. A list of check numbers, amounts, and dates would be preferred.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes but rather as part of the reporting process. Additionally, this request is being made by the Lucy Parsons Labs, a registered non-profit in the state of Illinois.
