Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
Copies of the attachment sheets, summary digest report, and any other final disposition documentation (e.g., an Administrative Closure order, mediation agreement, grievance decision or arbitration award) for each of the following CR investigations: C235959, C239447, 1070536, 1057286, 1027047, 1078126, 1001160, 1074893, 1046092, 1057567, C211991, C239048, 1070850, 1074536, 1055746, 1047001, 1042263, 281440, 1041861, 1079904
As IL FOIA statute allows a requester to specify a format, I am requesting that all records for each individual CR be put into their own separate PDF. This is very important for us, as it will allow us to dramatically simplify our records processing workflows, thus providing the records to the public as quickly as possible.
Please note that this request is just one of many future requests, and we will be submitting more requests with lists of CRs provided to us by members of the public. While understanding that the burden of these requests is outweighed by the public's interest, if there is anything that can be done to speed up this lengthy series of requests, please let us know. Happy to speak over the phone to hash this out.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
