Hello

Thanks very much for the provided files. Regarding #314525, according to data we've previously received from COPA/IPRA, this is an excessive force complaint closed in 2010 (https://cpdp.co/complaint/314525/)—even though the log number is older, I believe this would be a CR that COPA holds the files for. If it would be possible to check again, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Sam

As stated in the original response. COPA yields no result when we search for that number. Further, 6 digit numbers are never COPA cases. These predate the agency and are typically in CPD’s jurisdiction.

COPA has responded to this request. Please see attached and check your records carefully. This request is now closed. Any further inquiries should be submitted as a new FOIA request and should be for new information not previously requested.
