Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

* Any correspondence, memos, reports, or documents shared between the Superintendent and the Virginia School Board Association regarding collective bargaining
* Any correspondence, memos, reports, or documents shared between School Board members and the Virginia School Board Association regarding collective bargaining
* Any documents received by the Superintendent or school board members related to participation in the VSBA Collective Bargaining Workshop held in Charlottesville on December 7th, 2021

I am happy to treat these requests as segregable and to receive information or documentation as it becomes available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I failed to include dates in my previous FOIA request on VSBA communications. I'm sorry for that oversight. Please consider the dates for each of the three requests to be January 1st, 2021 to present (October 12th, 2021).

Good afternoon,

I am writing in response to the following FOIA Request -

1.) Any correspondence, memos, reports, or documents shared between the Superintendent and the Virginia School Board Association regarding collective bargaining
2.) Any correspondence, memos, reports, or documents shared between School Board members and the Virginia School Board Association regarding collective bargaining
3.) Any documents received by the Superintendent or school board members related to participation in the VSBA Collective Bargaining Workshop held in Charlottesville on December 7th, 2021.

Please provide a timeframe for #1 and #2 above so we can complete an email search for the correspondence.

Due to staff being out of the office, the school division will be taking the additional seven business days afforded by FOIA to respond. See, Sec 2.2-3704(B)(4) of the Code of Virginia.
