Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

2.) Complaint Summary Report # 18-854857

Attached are the reports I am requesting.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Cheektowaga Police Department,

I talked to the Cheektowaga records department today (March 30, 2022) who did confirm both records existence (Complaint Summary Report #18-854851 AND #18-854857). Please provide the records. Thank you.

1.) On 3/22/2022, I submitted a FOIL request to the Cheektowaga Police Department for Complaint Summary Report # 18-854851 & # 18-854857. Attached were images of the reports.

2.) On 3/29/2022 the Cheektowaga Police Department stated "There are no matching police complaint summary reports for 18-854851 and 18-854857".

3.) On 3/30/2022, via phone, the Cheektowaga Records department did confirm both records existence (Complaint Summary Report #18-854851 AND #18-854857).

4.) On 3/30/2022, via return phone call, a Cheektowaga Lieutenant stated "they submitted a response to that both the reports, complaints were up there" & "they are already on the portal". As explained via phone, photos were provided in my original request to aid the search for the records, however, I am still requesting the records requested on 3/22/2022 be provided by the Cheektowaga Police Department. The same Cheektowaga Lieutenant advised to submit another FOIL request, as he doesn't have the MuckRock link to provide the records anymore. As such, a duplicate FOIL request will be submitted by myself.
