Joseph Lloyd,

We have no records of any UFO crash or any Weather Balloon crash for that matter. Believe me when I say, we have looked and there just is no record of that incident.

Thank you for your interest.

Thank you for looking. How far back do your records go?

From: Chaves County Sheriff's Office

We have found arrest records and such from waaaaaay back and we were hopeful we might find something about the crash, but no such luck. I have jail records of the Sheriff's Office back to 1891.

When they tore down our old jail in 2003, they found our old records in a crawl space so we went and pulled them out and went thru them all prior to our destroying. We were hopeful, but we didn't find anything
