University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Men’s Basketball Summer Tour 2019 to the Bahamas

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a copy of the contract signed between the UT-Chattanooga Men’s Basketball Athletic program and the vendor who will provide services for the 2019 UT-Chattanooga Men’s Basketball tour to the Bahamas from August 4 to August 9. If available, I am also requesting a copy of the final itinerary for the trip.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
