Logs of calls being made to and from the mayor and city manager during the period of August 11-13, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please find the call logs for the City Manager and Mayor Signer attached, as requested. Please note:
1) The log for the City Manager's front office and the Clerk of Council's phones are included in the City's response, because many calls for the City Manager and Mayor come through these lines. The logs for those lines include calls for other individuals, however, and there is no way to distinguish which those are.
2) Any call time listed as 18 seconds simply means that the call went to voicemail.
This completes the City's response to your request.
