Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Processing notes for FOIA request submitted January 23, 2020 by Jason Hicks with Womble Bond Dickinson, LLP.

This should include any emails, text messages or any other form of written communication between FOIA Officer Brian Wheeler and any of the following persons:

John Blair, Sebastian Waisman, Tarron Richardson, Letitia Shelton, Paul Oberdorfer, Chris Engel, Alexander Ikefuna, Missy Creasy, Patricia Carrington, Martin Silman, Tom Elliott, "Helpdesk", the Charlottesville City Council, Charlottesville Planning Commission and the Clerks of Council.

Please include any tracking of time spent on this request as directed by the City Attorney by any of the employees listed above. Please also include any emails providing responsive records related to this request to the FOIA Officer or any communication directing the FOIA Officer where the records can be copied from.

The records likely would have been created between the dates of January 23, 2020 and February 10, 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
