Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of any FOIA requests submitted by Snopes or anyone named Bethania Palma between August 1, 2017 and August 31, 2017. Please also provide any responses to any relevant FOIA requests and also any responsive documents provided to the requester. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

We are unable to process your request because we have not been able to determine that you are an entity eligible to make a FOIA request to the City of Charlottesville. According to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3704, public records shall be open to citizens of the Commonwealth, representatives of newspapers and magazines with circulation in the Commonwealth, and representatives of radio and television stations broadcasting in or into the Commonwealth.
