FOIA Request: Documents related to the required annual training of FOIA Officer for City of Charlottesville

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents related to the required annual training of FOIA Officer for City of Charlottesville. This should include any training certificates, or documents listing the date training was last administered, who administered the training and and record of the transmittal of the annual training requirement to the Virginia Freedom of Information Advisory Council.

If there are any training materials such as a handbook, any handouts or materials provided to the FOIA Officer, please also include those materials. This should include any linked material or electronic documents of any kind. If there is computer based training, please provide any documents listing the names of the computer based training administered.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
