Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copy of a FOIA request submitted by Daily Progress reporter Nolan Stout or any other representative of the Daily Progress, seeking city employee credit card data and credit card usage policies or General Orders. Please provide the original request from the requester, all responses or correspondence in relation to the request between the city and requester, including any charge or fee requests to the requester from the city, any breakdown of the charges, any forwards of the request to other city employees and any correspondence between the FOIA Officer and any other city employee also searching for, accessing, duplicating or supplying the responsive documents related to the request. The request likely would have been made between December 1, 2019 and January 25, 2020 and likely would have been sent by email either to wheelerb@charlottesville.org or FOIA@charlottesville.org.
