FOIA Request: City Manager Tarron Richardson’s calendar for December 2019 through March 2020

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

City Manager Tarron Richardson’s calendar for The time period between the beginning of December 2019 through the end of March 2020.

I would prefer the calendar to be provided in the format that is used by the city.

The calendar may be maintained by another employee, such as an assistant.

This request is being made as a journalist investigating facts which are of importance to citizens of the state of Virginia under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution guaranteeing all citizens the right of freedom of press.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
