Hello,

What is the process for verifying myself as a representative of my online magazine “Muh Freeze Peach” with circulation in the Commonwealth? I checked the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and it makes no mention of any requirement or process for verification as a representative of an online magazine, of which I am. Can you please direct me to any process required of representatives of magazines in the State of Virginia regarding how to verify as a representative.

Thanks very kindly,
Shawn Breen
Editor and publisher, Muh Freeze Peach magazine
