Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. §§ 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:
A copy of the police report concerning an incident that occurred on March 22, 2017 at a shopping center parking lot off University City Boulevard. According to news reports, a man pulled up to a woman’s car as she was breastfeeding her child and pointed a gun at her. The incident associated with the police report has been widely reported in news media:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
