Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. §§ 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:

All email communications between the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation from September 15, 2016 to October 6, 2016.

All email communications between the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and agencies and offices within the Department of Homeland Security, including United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Transportation Security Administration, United States Coast Guard, United States Secret Service, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, from September 15, 2016 to October 6, 2016.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
