Crime in public housing

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Crime incident reports related to criminal activity in Mecklenburg County public housing and Section 8-subsidized units between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2018.
- Any grievances/complaints in Mecklenburg County public housing and Section 8-subsidized submitted to the Department between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2018.

These housing units include, but are not limited to the following:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
