The following materials regarding the Monday, November 2, 2015 incident at Bank of America stadium involving individuals rappelling from an overhang during Monday's Carolina Panthers NFL game [http://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/local/crime/article42530568.html]:

- all incident reports, summaries, descriptions and related materials
- all arrest reports, statements, and related materials
- all requests for assistance (all emergency services)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
