Good morning. Your FOIA request was received. However, it seeks records from the Division of Protective Services but was sent to the Office of the Secretary.

This office is not the custodian of records for that agency. I ask that you re-submit your request to agency Director Kevin Foreman via Kevin.j.foreman@cappd.wvsp.gov<mailto:Kevin.j.foreman@cappd.wvsp.gov> and cc counsel William Valentino via William.R.Valentino@wv.gov<mailto:William.R.Valentino@wv.gov>.

Thank you.
