Dear Records officer,
Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the police reports, arrest reports, and/or incident reports connected to the following case numbers:
I am a reporter with The Trace, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit news organization. I am making this request through MuckRock’s public records request management service, which I use to organize and streamline my public records requests. As a member of the news media, I will be making information obtained from this request available to the general public; I am not requesting it for commercial purposes.
