Dear Phil,
Yes Lynn retired in April of last year and her town email did not follow her . I will enter your request on our shared town spread sheet and forward it up to the Select board , Finance and Town Administrator's Office to be completed. I as Town Clerk do not possess any Michael Milanoski documents but his contract from years past but nothing current with separation details. I'm glad I responded to your FB post I very rarely do but when you had said your request went unresponsive since May I thought it best I reach out.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with .

Hi Cara,

The Carver Finance Committee had no involvement, correspondence, or input in Michael Malinoski's separation agreement. This was handled solely by the Select Board and town council. FinCom was notified after the completion and execution of the agreement.
If I can be of further assistance please, don't hesitate to contact me.

Dear Phil,
The records you have requested in regards to the separation agreement discussions aka executive session minutes of 2/25 and 3/3 are now available for viewing on the Town website under select board minutes. I regret that I have no copy of the actual agreement but will continue to inquire to see if a copy can be produced.
Hope this is helpful.

Rick - As I am answering requests for records there is an outstanding request that asks for a copy of the separation agreement in addition to all supporting docs . I instructed the requester to view the supporting documentation - executive meeting minutes on the website and that I would inquire to see if a copy of the actual agreement is available . This request came in on 6/23/2020.

Good Morning,

I tracked back to see where this was left . It appears my office never received a copy of the agreement just the executive session minutes that were uploaded online to the website and we did request from the Selectmen's office and ATA and ITA a copy. I have reached out again to the Chair and ATA and ITA to produce a copy for our files so that we may share it with you.
